“When I booked this hotel it was an AmericInn, however when I arrived it was changed to a Quality Inn with no prior indication. I did receive calls from Windham but they never left a message to identify the change prior to my check in. The building did not have any address on it to help identify it as the hotel we needed to be at. Otherwise, it was a very clean hotel. The staff did their best with what appeared to be a new system. “The parking was convenient with a nice continental breakfast. What made the stay was the helpful front desk staff and location, location, location. Right on the water with a beach, and if there is rain, a pool to retreat too for the afternoon. I plan to go back when I return to Michigan on my next trip. And, the room was super neat and clean.”
